JANEVALLA BANDUNG, Bandung – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was mostly positive, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location in the heart of Bandung. However, the noise on the first floor made it hard to rest properly, and the air conditioning could have been cooler.

The hotel was very nice for sunrise and sunset at the 8th floor. However, staying on the 1st floor is not recommended, as it's very noisy, especially during music shows next door at Circle K. The view was stunning at the rooftop.

The service provided by the staff, especially Virdi from the rooftop bar, was amazing, always nice, kind, and helpful. However, the rooms were not clean enough, lacked a proper seating area, and the 1st floor was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep due to nearby noisy music shows. The dining experience was good with well-ventilated rooms and good food, but the air conditioning wasn't really cool. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for money.
